Shipping
Orders over $200 ship free in the U.S.; otherwise a flat $12. Lyophilized peptides are stable at ambient temperature for shipping; orders placed by 1pm ET ship the same business day. Tracking is emailed on dispatch.
Returns
Because these are research reagents, opened or reconstituted vials cannot be returned. If a lot does not meet the purity stated on its certificate of analysis, email us and we will replace it or refund it.
Damaged or wrong items
Photo + order number to support@pepthea.com and we'll reship immediately; no need to return a damaged vial.
Cold chain
Where a compound requires cold-chain handling, it ships with appropriate packaging. Inspect on arrival and refrigerate or freeze per the handling notes on the product page.
