Who we are
Pepthea supplies reference peptides and proteins strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and development. Our products are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or dietary supplements, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Research use only
All products are sold for laboratory research use only and are NOT for human or veterinary use or consumption. By placing an order you represent that you are a qualified researcher, of legal age, and that you will handle, store, and dispose of these materials in accordance with all applicable laws and good laboratory practice. You assume full responsibility for the safe and lawful use of anything you purchase.
Eligibility & resale
Orders may be restricted or refused at our discretion. You agree not to resell or relabel products for human or animal use, and not to represent them as approved for any therapeutic purpose.
Orders & payment
Payment is processed by Stripe; we never store card numbers. We may cancel and refund any order at our discretion (e.g., suspected diversion for human use, or address issues). Prices can change, but never for an order already placed.
Standing orders
Standing (repeat) orders recur on the stated interval at the discounted price. You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime before a shipment via the link in any order email.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pepthea's liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Materials are provided "as is" for research; we make no warranty of fitness for any particular purpose beyond the specifications on the certificate of analysis.
